1. How to place an order

• Choose a reading type and language.
• Upload two clear palm photos (left and right hand).
• You may order for another person only with their consent.
• After payment, your order enters the queue and you’ll receive a notification when it’s ready.

2. Photo guidelines

• Use bright, even lighting and a light background.
• Include the full palm down to the wrist; the image must be sharp.
• File types: JPG, PNG, or WEBP, up to 12 MB.

3. Order statuses

• Pending – order received and in queue.
• In progress – analysis is being prepared.
• Completed – results are available in your dashboard and by email.
• Error – something went wrong; you can resubmit.

4. How results are delivered

Your results are delivered as an interactive page with a downloadable PDF report.

5. Security & privacy

• Files are stored securely on EU servers.
• Photos are used only for your analysis and not shared publicly.
• You can request deletion by emailing [email protected].
