Answers to common questions about ordering, delivering, and receiving your palm reading.
1. How to place an order
- Choose a reading type and language.
- Upload two clear palm photos (left and right hand).
- You may order for another person only with their consent.
- After payment, your order enters the queue and you’ll receive a notification when it’s ready.
2. Photo guidelines
- Use bright, even lighting and a light background.
- Include the full palm down to the wrist; the image must be sharp.
- File types: JPG, PNG, or WEBP, up to 12 MB.
3. Order statuses
- Pending – order received and in queue.
- In progress – analysis is being prepared.
- Completed – results are available in your dashboard and by email.
- Error – something went wrong; you can resubmit.
4. How results are delivered
Your results are delivered as an interactive page with a downloadable PDF report.
5. Security & privacy
- Files are stored securely on EU servers.
- Photos are used only for your analysis and not shared publicly.
- You can request deletion by emailing [email protected].
