This policy explains when refunds may be issued for digital palm reading services purchased on Chiromantija.com.
1. Scope
Our services are digital and consultative, delivered remotely, individually tailored to each client, and started immediately after successful payment.
2. 14-day withdrawal right for virtual goods (where applicable)
Under laws in force in the Republic of Lithuania, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract for virtual goods (digital content) within 14 calendar days from receiving that content.
This right may apply when statutory conditions are met, including cases where no lawful waiver of the 14-day right has been given.
- the digital service/content has not yet started in a way that removes the statutory withdrawal right;
- the client has not given prior express consent to immediate performance and has not acknowledged losing the 14-day withdrawal right.
3. When the 14-day right does not apply
Chiromantija.com provides personalized digital services that are usually started immediately after successful payment.
Before payment, the client is clearly informed that:
- the service will start immediately after payment;
- by making payment, the client agrees to immediate service performance;
- once performance begins with this consent, the 14-day withdrawal right is lost under applicable law.
This information is clearly provided in our Terms of Service and Refund Policy before purchase completion.
In such cases, refunds are not available after service delivery except for limited cases listed below.
4. Additional refunds we provide
- If we fail to deliver your report within the promised timeframe (typically 24–48 hours), you may request a refund or an equivalent alternative.
- If you were charged twice for the same order, we will refund the duplicate charge.
- If a technical error on our side prevents delivery, we will refund the payment.
5. Refunds we may refuse
- After the service has started with your express consent or the report has been delivered (including change-of-mind requests).
- Orders based on low‑quality, unclear, or unsuitable photos after we have requested replacements.
- Dissatisfaction with the interpretive nature of the service (our content is for entertainment and self‑reflection).
6. Chargebacks and disputes
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first. Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may delay resolution and result in account restrictions.
7. How to request a refund

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
