4. Immediate performance

  • Placing and paying for an order authorizes us to start work immediately.
  • By completing payment, you expressly consent to immediate performance of a personalized digital service.
  • In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable Lithuanian law, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply once such service has started with your explicit consent.

5. Buyer rights

  • To receive the purchased service within the announced delivery timeframe.
  • To receive clear pre-contract information about price, scope, and delivery.
  • To request refunds in the limited situations expressly stated in the Refund Policy (for example, duplicate charge or non-delivery caused by our technical fault).
  • To contact support and receive responses within reasonable time.

6. Buyer obligations

  • Provide accurate and lawful information and legally usable photos.
  • Pay the agreed price and applicable fees at checkout.
  • Refrain from unlawful use, abuse, copying, or unauthorized redistribution of delivered content.
  • Respect third-party rights and these Terms when using the service.

7. Seller rights

  • To refuse, suspend, or cancel orders that violate these Terms or applicable law.
  • To request replacement photos if submitted files are low quality or unusable.
  • To update service features, pricing, and these Terms where needed.

8. Seller obligations

  • To provide the purchased digital service in good faith and within the communicated timeline.
  • To process personal data according to our Privacy Policy.
  • To provide support and complaint handling channels.

9. Pricing, payment, and taxes

  • Prices are shown at checkout. Payment is processed via Paysera or PayPal.
  • You are responsible for any local taxes or payment-provider fees that may apply.

10. Refunds

Please review our Refund Policy. For personalized digital services started immediately after payment with your explicit consent, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply, and refunds after service delivery are not available except in limited cases stated in that policy.

11. Intellectual property and license

If you are a US resident, you agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, except for claims that qualify for small-claims court.
