Frequently asked questions
How quickly will I receive my palm analysis?
We usually try to deliver as quickly as possible, but sometimes there are queues or deeper analysis is needed. On average it takes about one hour depending on time of day. The longest wait can be up to one day.
Are my palm photos safe?
Yes. Photos are used only for analysis and are automatically deleted after the reading. They are not uploaded, shared, or stored longer than necessary.
How to photograph your palms correctly?
The entire inner palm, fingers, and wrist lines must be visible. It’s best to shoot from above in natural light, e.g., near a windowsill. You can also shoot indoors, but aim for the clearest, most natural image for a more accurate reading.
Does palm reading predict the future?
No. Palmistry is not prophecy. It helps you understand your personality structure, emotional patterns, and natural direction. Read more about our values and ethics here.
Are the results truly individual?
Yes. Each analysis is individual. We use no templates — only real interpretation based on your palm structure (shape, mounts, lines, signs).
Can I order a reading for someone else?
Yes, but their consent is required. It is your responsibility.
What if I don't receive the analysis on time?
It hasn't happened yet, but if anything unexpected occurs, e.g., technical issues, contact us via phone or email. We’ll respond as quickly as possible and let you know when we’ll deliver the reading. So far, all orders have been delivered on time.
